Terms & Conditions:
- Our prices are fixed / not negotiable.
- The customer has 2 days checking warranty against the order. Incase you find any issue, you can always call us and notify us of the situation. We will do our best to help you out and get the problem fixed.
- All PT shirts carry a standard 15 washes warranty for collars and cuffs only. Any claims made later will not be entertained.
- The Customer does not have the right to deny the parcel on sight. Doing so will put the customer in our black-list. Any customer in the black-list will have to pay full delivery charges(shipping +return) of his/her previous order and will have to make full payment via bank transfer of his/her order so long wishes to purchase from PT.
- PT has the right to deny any claim on sight.
- PT does not offer any warranty for shirts on sale items.
- The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Prestigious Threads upon receiving this receipt.
