Returns Policy
- New RTW (Ready To Wear) shirt(s) can be replaced within 3 days time (72 hours). Shirt(s) must be packed completely.
- Replacements in shirts are possible only if:
i). The size received by the customer is not which was asked.
ii). The fabric of the shirt is faulty.
iii). The size is not according to PT size chart. - Replacements are not possible in the following situations:
i). The color of the shirt is different than what the customer saw in his/her monitor/cell phone. The customer should know that colors may vary monitor to monitor. Our shirts are edited in Photoshop so as the achieve the closest color match if the original shirt. So if your cellphone or monitor is showing a different color, its not our fault.
ii). The customer wants some other shirt in place of a shirt which was already purchased.
iii). Always check our size chart before placing your order. Different brands size / pattern vary. Any Claims in this regard will not be entertained.
